Re-reading Lesson One of Charles Haanel’s Master Keys this week is like a visit from an old friend. I wrestled mush less with his ideas of Universal Mind as the ultimate source of creation because I realize this time I can use an old axiom from my teacher: “If it works, use it. If it stops working, have the wit to let it go.”
I love the premise that the world within creates our world without and, therefore, my world that I experience is a mirror of myself. Haanel 35. “…it is the world within that makes the world without; it is therefore creative and everything which you find in your world without has been created by you in the world within.”
That sets up the notion that every experience becomes a learning moment. Haanel 10. “Harmony in the world within means the ability to control our thoughts, and to determine for ourselves how any experience is to affect us.”
I am delighted to once again train my thinking to practice harmonious thoughts, to enter into the great Oneness that is all through Haanel’s logic. This week has felt like taking a dip into a brook that I know becomes a stream and then a river as this contagion of thinking takes hold of all of us participating in the Master Keys Master Mind Alliance; a harmonious flow of right-minded thinking creating peace and joy within ourselves and our world.
